Return & Exchange Policy

At ROAVE, we design pieces that move effortlessly between active and everyday life, blending the ease of athleisure with the polish of smart casual. We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Returns requested after 28 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion, or returned to you.

*Any orders placed between November 24th and December 23rd can be returned up until January 23rd.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition they were received:

  • Unworn & unwashed no signs of wear, make-up, deodorant, or washing

  • All original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. Items returned worn, soiled, or damaged will be sent back to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Underwear and socks (if packaging has been opened)

  • Swimwear without the hygiene liner intact

  • Water bottles and hair accessories

  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Visit our Return Portal: Return Portal
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Select your items and reason for return
  • Download and print your return label (a £3.95 fee will be deducted from your refund)
  • Securely pack your items and drop off at your nearest carrier

Items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our warehouse.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected (typically within 5–7 working days), we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note, processing times may be longer during peak periods.

6. Exchanges

We offer three exchange options:

Instant Exchange
If you need a different size or colour, select this option in our Return Portal. Once we receive your return, we will dispatch your replacement (subject to availability).

Shop Now
Use the value of your return to immediately select a new item on our site.

Store Credit

Use the value of your credit to shop later. 

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • UK Returns: £3.95 (deducted from refund)

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes

We recommend using a tracked service for international returns.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@theroave.com within a reasonable timeframe, including your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
