Delivery & Shipping

At ROAVE, your experience should feel effortless from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your pieces reach you quickly, safely, and seamlessly.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day

During launch periods or busy times, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are fully tracked, and you’ll receive your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) - £4.95
  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days) - £7.95
  • Free UK Delivery on orders over £150

International Delivery

We ship globally, with delivery times depending on your location.

  • Europe (3–7 working days) - from £10

  • Rest of World (5–10 working days) - from £15

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

You can follow your order every step of the way.

Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched

  • ROAVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier disruptions

Missed Deliveries

If your delivery is missed, please follow the instructions provided by the courier to rearrange delivery or collection.

If your order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original delivery charge.

For orders that qualified for free delivery, the cost of shipping to ROAVE will be deducted from your refund.
